Spotted lanternfly is now widespread in NYC, Long Island, and Lower Hudson Valley Counties. There is no need to report SLF from those locations, including:
All New York City boroughs
The following counties: Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan
Reports of spotted lanternfly sightings in other areas are still requested to the NYS Dept. of Agriculture.
